Ter Beke is an innovative Belgian fresh food group and an European player in the food market. They offer a wide range of high-quality fresh food products in the European food market. The production and sales of processed meat products and ready meals lies at their core.

Our role

Help to set up new and innovative channels in the B2B and B2C market by performing a strategic channel innovation analysis.

Approach

We explored what possible additional channels were available or where we could increase the frequency or penetration of existing Ter Beke products in existing channels. So we examined the possibilities for both new and existing channels and worked out new innovation channels for Ter Beke.
