Ecorus is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, assisting businesses in achieving ecological objectives through services like solar panel installation. As they grew, their software landscape became expensive, complex, hampering efficiency and collaboration.

Our role

As a digital innovational strategy partner, our mission was to help Ecorus regain control over their software landscape and establish an optimised structure. By providing valuable insights and strategic guidance, we aimed to streamline their operations and enhance overall performance. 


To gain a comprehensive understanding of Ecorus' software systems, we conducted in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. Our focus was to uncover practical and operational insights, as well as challenges related to collaboration and efficiency. With the gathered information, we meticulously mapped the software landscape, identifying functionalities and capabilities of each system. This assessment helped us identify areas of effectiveness and areas that caused inefficiencies and bottlenecks. 


Proposed Solution:  

Having identified the need for a new ERP system, we collaborated with Ecorus to create a shortlist of potential software solutions that aligned with their specific requirements. Then we organised comprehensive demonstrations with various software vendors, allowing Ecorus to evaluate the functionality and suitability of each system.
