What the engine delivered
The challenge
An industrial food manufacturer operating across Europe and the U.S. had strong brand visibility but no engine to convert it into leads. Relying on distributors and channel partners as intermediaries meant losing visibility into who their buyers were, why they churned, and how to drive retention or upsell. Marketing was not converting, and there was no CRM, tracking, or first-party data strategy in place.
Our approach
- Stretch overhauled the entire funnel from TOFU to BOFU, implementing a full-funnel strategy built around first-party data ownership via gated content, lead magnets, and nurturing flows. A HubSpot-powered lead scoring framework was built to define lifecycle stages, qualify leads, and structure SQL hand-offs between marketing and sales. Performance marketing ran across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with real-time KPI tracking and continuous optimisation. Growth hacking experiments were embedded throughout to identify and scale what worked fastest.
The result
Belgium became a proven, high-performing testing ground with a data-driven funnel now ready to be replicated across other markets. Automation at scale reduced operational load while increasing impact. Tight sales-marketing alignment improved lead hand-offs and win rates, and real-time dashboards enabled data-driven campaign decisions across all channels.
What Belgium has today — a high-performing, data-driven funnel — didn't happen overnight. But it's now a repeatable blueprint for all markets.
