Growth Hacker
Your daily job
As a growth hacker, you will work with various clients (B2C, B2B, and e-commerce) to take their strategy and execution of growth hacking to the next level. You help our clients achieve their growth objectives, which you formulate together. You execute that together with your team of growth marketers. You will often also receive support from the client's own in-house marketing team. You are the one responsible for impact across the entire funnel.
You create impact by guiding your team in executing our growth strategy: (1) Growth audit – diving into the analytics of your clients, evaluating their existing marketing channels, and analysing the market. This will allow you to find opportunities. (2) Growth roadmap – brainstorming on the best ideas for growth, ranking ideas, and designing experiments. (3) Growth infrastructure – setting up the right data tracking tools and building customized data dashboards. (4) Growth hacking – executing experiments, analyzing, iterating, and scaling up when the experiment is successful.
You play an important role in client relations and will be the point of contact to look at the North Star Metric. Your week will consist of strategic meetings with clients, guiding your team of growth marketeers, analysing data, and optimizing experiments. You will also regularly turn the knobs yourself.

- A/B Testing – Google Optimize, etc.
- Lead magnets – Canva, keyword planner, etc.
- Marketing automation – Hubspot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Automations – Zapier, Phantom Buster, etc.
- Conversion optimization – Wordpress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
- Designing presentations – Powerpoint, Canva, etc.
- Competition & market analysis – Semrush, AnswerThePublic, …
