The growth engine we developed

Growth Audit
We did an audit on the assets and the data available for a luxury venue. We analyse the market and conducted a competitor analysis together with a check of their technical setup.

Internal ideation
We brainstormed internally to figure out which were the best ideas to tackle our challenges based on the findings from the Growth Audit and our experience.
This resulted in a backlog of +60 potential Growth Experiments.

Roadmap
We used our internal scoring system to outline the best Growth Experiments to conduct for the first 3 months together with formulating an overall Marketing strategy.

Growth Hacking
We executed 10+ Growth Experiments, which included targeted campaigns on Meta, differentiating approaches for B2B and B2C audiences. By testing various angles and using the same post ID, we maximized ad engagement and social proof. We also created highly effective funnels that transitioned seamlessly from Meta to HubSpot filling the sales pipeline.

Scaling
After a kill/scale decision point, performing experiments are further scaled in always-on campaigns. The performing creatives were scaled in multiple ad sets,
leveraging the social proof by using the same post ID.
